solutions across Microsoft\nPower Platform Azure and connected enterprise systems while guiding delivery teams from concept to production.\nRole and engagement model\nAct as the architecture lead for defined initiatives within the clients Power Platform landscape.\nTranslate business capabilities and non-functional requirements into pragmatic end-to-end solution\narchitectures.\nProvide architecture direction and governance while remaining hands-on enough to validate key technical\ndecisions and delivery feasibility\nKey responsibilities\nDesign end-to-end architectures covering Power Apps Power Automate Dataverse Power Pages Azure services and\nexternal integrations.\nDefine solution boundaries data models integration patterns security concepts and environment strategies.\nGuide decisions between configuration low-code and custom development including React PCF and Azure\ncomponents where appropriate.\nEnsure alignment with enterprise architecture identity data protection ALM and operational support requirements.\nLead architecture reviews document decisions and manage technical risks dependencies and exceptions.\nSupport estimation backlog refinement and delivery planning with product owners and engineering teams.\nCoach developers and review solution designs code approaches and deployment concepts.\nProvide technical leadership during critical releases production stabilization and root-cause analysis.\nPlatform architecture\nPower Apps Power Automate \nDataverse React Copilot Studio\nIntegration & security\nREST APIs Connectors Azure \nEntra ID Data and security architecture\nGovernance & delivery\nEnvironment strategy ALM Azure\nDevOps CI/CD Architecture reviews\nJob requirementsMandatory experience\n8 years of solution design or software engineering experience including substantial enterprise Power Platform\narchitecture experience.\nProven design of production solutions across multiple applications environments and integration endpoints.\nStrong knowledge of Dataverse security roles identity data modelling integration and API patterns.\nPractical experience with managed solutions environment strategy source control and Azure DevOps based ALM.\nAbility to define and assess non-functional requirements including security performance availability\nsupportability and compliance.\nExperience facilitating architecture decisions with both technical and business stakeholders.\nProfessional English and strong written architecture documentation skills.\nPreferred experience\nMicrosoft Power Platform or Azure architecture certifications particularly PL-600.\nReact PCF controls Azure Functions Logic Apps API Management or event-driven integration.\nCopilot Studio AI Builder and governance of AI-enabled business solutions.\nExperience supporting distributed or nearshore development organizations.\nExpected working approach\nDelivery-oriented: commits to realistic outcomes and raises blockers early.\nQuality-focused: uses reviews testing documentation and the four-eyes principle before release.\nCollaborative: works visibly in the team backlog and actively transfers knowledge.\nPragmatic and accountable: selects maintainable solutions and communicates progress risks and dependencies\nclearly.\nExpected deliverables\nEnd-to-end solution architecture and clearly documented architecture decisions.\nData integration security environment and ALM concepts suitable for implementation.\nArchitecture review outcomes risk register and actionable technical
