The role combines collaboration and technical skills to support the identification, documentation, and tracking of system requests, enhancing transparency, efficiency, and strategic alignment across the organization.\nResponsibilities:\nSupport operations across multiple business groups and contribute to strategic initiatives.\nServe as the liaison between Commercial Mortgage Servicing business lines and technology partners.\nSupport money movement, treasury, cash management, and payment-related applications and processes, including transaction initiation, approvals, reconciliations, exception handling, and operational controls.\nEvaluate business, operational, and strategic initiatives using sound analysis and knowledge of organizational priorities.\nHelp plan and execute process and technology initiatives, including system releases, with a focus on risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience.\nMaintain an efficient, high-quality pipeline for assigned initiatives.\nPartner with team leaders to develop project plans, policies, and procedures.\nStrengthen cross-functional partnerships by implementing processes, services, and initiatives.\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, or a related field.\n5+ years of experience in business systems analysis, process improvement, technology delivery, or a related field.\nExperience supporting money movement, treasury, cash management, or payment-related applications and processes, with knowledge of transaction initiation, approvals, reconciliations, exception handling, and operational controls.\nDemonstrated leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across business and technology teams and foster a results-oriented environment.\nStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with a commitment to quality, accuracy, and continuous improvement.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to simplify and communicate complex information.\nKnowledge of SQL and HTML, with proficiency using Jira and Confluence.\nExperience working in Agile and Kanban environments, with the ability to adapt to changing business priorities, technologies, and operating models while maintaining focus on delivery and outcomes.\nExperience leveraging automation, analytics, and AI-enabled tools to improve operational efficiency, transparency, and decision-making.\nMust be available to work one weekend per month.\nTrimont is an equal opportunity employer, and we’re proud to support and celebrate diversity in the workplace.
