This role drives talent acquisition strategy, manages full-cycle recruiting, and leads initiatives to strengthen the early career talent pipeline.\nResponsibilities:\nImplement talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent at all organizational levels.\nAdvise hiring managers on recruitment best practices and partner with them to identify staffing needs.\nManage full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and candidate selection.\nCultivate relationships with recruitment agencies, professional organizations, and industry networks.\nSource and engage candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.\nDeliver a positive candidate experience at every stage of recruitment.\nLead campus recruitment, build university relationships, and organize and participate in career fairs, information sessions, and on-campus interviews.\nPartner with internal stakeholders to align campus recruitment with hiring needs and business goals.\nDevelop and manage early career programs, including internships and graduate recruitment initiatives.\nLead and support People and Culture projects that improve processes, systems, and operational efficiency.\nPartner with cross-functional teams to implement new People and Culture initiatives and programs.\nPromote inclusive recruitment practices to build a diverse candidate pool.\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or a related field; relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.\n5+ years of talent acquisition or recruitment experience.\nProfessional or financial services industry experience preferred.\nCampus recruiting experience preferred, including building university partnerships, leading campus events, and managing internship and graduate hiring programs.\nTechnical recruiting experience preferred, including sourcing and screening candidates for technology, data, and engineering roles and partnering with hiring managers to define technical skill requirements.\nDemonstrated success managing full-cycle recruitment.\nStrong understanding of recruitment best practices, candidate sourcing, and assessment methods.\nAbility to establish and sustain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.\nStrong project management skills and the ability to manage concurrent projects.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships at all organizational levels.\nThorough understanding of employment laws and regulations.\nExceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and recruitment marketing platforms required.\nTrimont is an equal opportunity employer, and we’re proud to support and celebrate diversity in the workplace.
