This role will work as part of a high-performing team while maturing existing DevOps practices that support delivery in a rapidly expanding financial services environment.\nThe ideal candidate has strong technical depth, bringing a disciplined approach to automation, cost management, and change implementation. You will partner closely with technology engineering and business stakeholders, as well as external vendors, to deliver secure, scalable, and efficient platforms.\nResponsibilities:\nOperate as part of a high-performing DevOps team.\nFoster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.\nImprove upon existing DevOps frameworks, standards, and best practices aligned with enterprise and financial services requirements.\nDrive adoption of CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and automated testing; supporting governance to balance speed, control, and compliance.\nLead architecture and operations of secure, scalable, and resilient Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure for critical financial workloads.\nPartner with security and risk teams to ensure regulatory and compliance alignment.\nOperate and optimize DevOps toolchain (e.g., GitHub, Jira); enhance developer productivity through automation and standardized workflows.\nImplement and enhance observability, monitoring, and incident response practices.\nSupport cloud financial management (FinOps) practices; drive cost transparency, forecasting, and optimization.\nCoordinate cross-team release planning and execution.\nCollaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors to align priorities and ensure accountability.\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in technology, Information Systems, or equivalent experience\n7+ years in DevOps, cloud automation, or infrastructure roles\nExperience supporting financial services or other regulated industries\nStrong hands-on experience with cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure\nDeep understanding of CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and automation frameworks\nProficient with GitHub, Jira, and modern DevOps toolsets\nStrong collaboration and stakeholder engagement\nEffective communicator, able to bridge technical and business perspectives\nOutcome-oriented, with a focus on reliability, efficiency, and continuous improvement\nHands-on experience with Docker and Containerization. \nDeploy and Manage Containerized applications using Docker and Azure Container Apps\nTrimont is an equal opportunity employer, and we’re proud to support and celebrate diversity in the workplace.
