There are no limits to what we as team members as an organization, can achieve together.\nJob Summary:\nAccount Reconciliation and Investor Reporting (ARIR) process is responsible for reconciliation of various Demand Deposit accounts, General Ledger accounts and Zero balance accounts in Commercial Mortgage servicing, it also includes the review of customer financials and maintenance, Preparation of Investor reports, preparation of operational & financial data for reporting. This process involves in reconciling remittance amounts and sending the wires to Trust per the PSA timelines.\nResponsibilities:\nPerform operational accounting activities related to account reconciliation and maintenance.\nProvide operational accounting support to internal business groups or operations departments to ensure that accounts are being managed within the account policy requirements.\nPrepare and review account reconciliations and certifications.\nPerform customer account maintenance duties.\nEvaluate the operational accounting transactions and maintenance of operational accounting controls.\nPrepare Critical Investor reports for Final customer use.\nReconcile funds to remit to Trust basing on borrower payments.\nPrepare and reconcile Advance reports and recons for regulatory purpose.\nCollaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.\nHandle complex queries and liaise with the Asset Management team/LOB for final disbursement of funds.\nCommunicate with Trust, third party servicers and other CMS teams to establish and record Authentication forms and certificate of authority\nIdentify risk exposure in the process and able to come up with controls to ensure mitigation of risk.\nExhibits detail-oriented skills to ensure zero/near ops loss situations.\nDemonstrates/maintains professional conduct under all circumstances.\nSupport in process expansion\nWork on cross-functional support and process efficiencies.\nFlexibility to work in shifts and ensure timely completion of deliverables.\nHigh sense of accountability.\nRequired Qualifications:\n3 to 6 years of Operational Accounting experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills are crucial for engaging with candidates and hiring managers.\nDemonstrated capacity to achieve results in a fast-paced, high-volume, and dynamic setting.\nOrganizational and administrative skills that reflect attention to detail and the ability to prioritize amidst competing demands.\nStrong work ethic and a sense of urgency.\nSkilled in managing sensitive information while upholding privacy.\nHandling workload and special projects efficiently.\nAbility to work both independently and within a team environment.\nDesired Qualifications:\nKnowledge and experience in Commercial Mortgage Servicing including Investor Reporting to Trust, Remittance and Reconciliation of funds.\nAbility to interpret and understand the Loan documents, Loan Servicing Agreements and language pertaining to the requirements for Sub Servicing Agreements and Pooling & Servicing Agreements.\nKnowledge of Strategy Loan accounting system a major plus.\nGood knowledge of Sub Servicing reporting, reserve reporting, delinquency reporting, Collections account statement reporting and Watch list reporting.\nExperience in calculating Appraisal Reduction Amounts, ASERs.\nAbility to review loan agreements, manage inventory and continuously coordinate with special servicers.\nExperience in handling Realized Losses.\nExcellent comprehension and communication skills coupled with the ability to interact with LOB during calls and gain their confidence.\nExperience in handling escalations from the borrowers/stakeholders\nAbility to multi-task working on multiple sub-queues / activities within the process.\nStandard shift time:\n6.30 pm - 03.30 am (HYD & BLR).\nTrimont is an equal opportunity employer, and we’re proud to support and celebrate diversity in the workplace.
