This role is critical to our mission of maintaining data integrity across HR systems while leveraging data-driven insights to support strategic workforce decisions. The successful candidate will transform people data into meaningful analysis, dashboards, and actionable insights that support strategic initiatives such as workforce planning, attrition, compensation, and organizational effectiveness. Based in India, this role operates globally, serving as a trusted partner to HR stakeholders and business leaders across our international organization.\nKey Responsibilities\nPeople Analytics & Decision Support\nLead end-to-end people analytics projects aligned to business priorities\nTranslate business and HR questions into analytical problem statements\nAnalyze workforce data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities\nProvide actionable insights to leadership for decision-making\nData Management & Stewardship\nEnsure HR data quality in UKG (Kronos) and other HR systems, identifying and resolving data inconsistencies\nDevelop and implement data cleaning protocols to ensure data accuracy and consistency\nServe as the data owner for HR information, ensuring governance standards and confidentiality protocols are maintained\nPerform regular data audits and quality assessments, documenting findings and recommending improvements\nData Visualization & Storytelling\nDesign and maintain dashboards and reports that track key performance indicators (KPIs) for leadership consumption\nExtract, analyze, and visualize HR metrics including demographics, recruitment, retention, headcount, compensation, and employee engagement data\nCreate and maintain advanced reports involving multiple queries, Business Intelligence expressions, calculated fields, and complex logic such as IF/THEN statements\nDevelop predictive analytics to help in future focused decision-making.
