The ideal candidate will be responsible for full stack design and development by following engineering best practices. The Lead Software Engineer will help enhance, build, and deliver frameworks and business application micro services.\nResponsibilities:\nLead large scale, multidimensional technology initiatives including those that are companywide with broad impact\nAct as a key participant in developing standards and companywide best practices for engineering complex and large-scale technology solutions for technology engineering disciplines\nDesign, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs\nReview and analyze complex, large-scale technology solutions for tactical and strategic business objectives, enterprise technological environment, and technical challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented technical factors\nCollaborate and consult with key technical experts, senior technology team, and external industry groups to resolve complex technical issues and achieve goals\nLead projects, teams, or serve as a peer mentor\nDrive operational improvements to increase service delivery efficiency and business partner satisfaction\nUnderstand and assure quality, security, and compliance requirements are met\nParticipate in daily scrum activities\nProvide leadership with technical solutions to complex problems keeping performance and security in mind.\nEngage in Incident/Problem Management including incident triage and root cause analysis\nParticipate in Business Continuity Planning (BCP) activities\nNavigate through the nuances of a technology delivery and ensure deliverables are met\nRequired Qualifications:\nBS/BA degree or higher\n9+ years of Software Engineering experience, demonstrated through work experience\n3+ years of experience leading a team of direct reports\n5+ years of experience in C#, Web Forms, .NET, .NET Framework, .NET Core\n5+ years of developing Representational State Transfer (REST) Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) for building services\n5+ years of experience in writing relational database queries\n5+ years of experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile tools such as JIRA, GitHub, Jenkins, Confluence etc.\n5+ years of experience in application & data architecture and solution design\n5+ Experience with scripting languages such as ReactJS, Javascript\n3+ years of experience with Agile in a development environment\n3+ years working in Azure Public Cloud Platform\n3+ years using Structured Query Language (SQL) Server or Oracle Database (DB)\nStrong verbal and written communication skills are crucial\nDemonstrated capacity to achieve results in a dynamic setting.\nOrganizational and administrative skills that reflect attention to detail and the ability to prioritize efficiently.\nSkilled in managing sensitive information while upholding privacy.\nHandling workload and special projects efficiently.\nTrimont is an equal opportunity employer, and we’re proud to support and celebrate diversity in the workplace.
