Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Business Development Executive with 1–2 years of experience to generate leads, acquire new clients, promote Trimsel's software products and IT services, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities and Required Skills
- Generate leads through market research, cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and networking.
- Promote and sell Trimsel's software products and IT services to potential clients.
- Understand client needs, deliver product presentations, prepare proposals, and negotiate deals.
- Build client relationships, follow up on leads, and convert prospects into customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams, maintain CRM records, and achieve sales targets.
- Bring 1–2 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or software sales, preferably in the IT industry.
- Possess strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Have a basic understanding of software products and IT services, with a proactive, target-driven approach.
