You may just be the right candidate for this or other roles.\nA Brief Overview\nThe Associate Data Analyst provides entry-level analytical, reporting, and operational support to help teams maintain accurate data, produce routine insights, and execute well-defined business processes. This role applies foundational data analysis concepts, follows established procedures, and partners with internal stakeholders to validate information, identify discrepancies, support reporting requests, and escalate non-routine issues as appropriate. The associate works under guidance while building knowledge of company systems, data standards, and business processes.\nWhat you will do\nSupport routine data analysis, reporting, and operational activities within defined workflows and established standards.\nPerform data entry, maintenance, validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance activities across business systems, reports, and data sources.\nReview information for accuracy, identify discrepancies, conduct routine research, and coordinate resolution with appropriate stakeholders.\nAssist with the preparation, distribution, and maintenance of reports, dashboards, analyses, presentations, business documentation, and operational metrics.\nSupport descriptive and diagnostic analysis by summarizing trends, patterns, variances, and data quality issues using readily available information.\nFollow documented procedures for testing, validating, updating, and documenting reports, data files, and recurring processes.\nMonitor shared work queues, reporting requests, data issues, and routine inquiries; respond to, route, or escalate items as appropriate.\nMaintain records, files, documentation, and system data in accordance with company policies, procedures, data governance standards, and applicable requirements.\nBuild effective working relationships within the team and with internal stakeholders while learning business processes, systems, and reporting standards.\nPerforms other duties as assigned\nComplies with all policies and standards\nEducation Qualifications\nBachelor's Degree required\nExperience Qualifications\nTypically < 2 years in data analysis, reporting, business analytics, business operations or related field required \nDemonstrated experience in risk management/insurance preferred\nSkills and Abilities\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills \nAbility to communicate with employees and stakeholders at all levels of the organization \nStrong attention to detail with the ability to follow defined processes and manage multiple routine priorities in a fast-paced environment. \nAbility to analyze routine data, identify discrepancies, and summarize findings clearly \nAbility to follow standard practices, procedures, and instructions while escalating exceptions appropriately \nA demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace \nProficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Excel-based reporting and data visualization tools preferred \nFoundational knowledge of data analysis, reporting concepts, data quality, and basic problem-solving methods. \nExposure to SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Python, R, or similar tools preferred but not required. \nStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively within a team and across departments\nWork Environment\nWork in a clean, pleasant, and comfortable office work setting.
