You will work closely with senior data scientists and data engineers to support the development, validation, and implementation of models across use cases.\nThe primary responsibility of the Associate Data Scientist is to execute well-defined analytical tasks and model development activities based on clear guidance and established workflows. The role emphasises accuracy, consistency, and disciplined validation of outputs, ensuring that models and analyses meet defined technical requirements. Over time, you will act as a foundation for developing more advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities.\nWhat You Will Do\nAnalytical Modelling & Technical Delivery\nDevelop, test, and implement statistical and machine learning models under guidance from senior team members\nApply standard techniques such as regression, classification, clustering, and forecasting to pre-defined problem statements\nEnsure models are reliable, interpretable, and aligned with defined objectives\nExecution of Defined Analytical Tasks\nWork on clearly defined analytical problem statements provided by senior team members\nSupport hypothesis testing, feature engineering, and structured analysis under guidance\nPerform data cleaning, transformation, and preparation for modelling\nConduct exploratory data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies \nAssess data quality issues and support data readiness for modelling\nValidate model performance using standard metrics and evaluation techniques \nEnsure outputs are accurate, reproducible, and aligned with defined expectations\nSupport testing and debugging of analytical models\nGain exposure to structured and unstructured data, including NLP and LLM-based techniques \nSupport experimentation activities such as prompt execution, output validation, and model testing\nWork closely with data scientists and senior team members within the team\nFollow coding standards, documentation practices, and defined development processes\nContribute to documentation of models, experiments, and outputs\nData Preparation & Exploration\nModel Validation & Accuracy GenAI & Advanced Analytics Support Internal Collaboration & Documentation\nEducation Qualifications\nBachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field\nExperience\n0-1 year experience (fresh graduates encouraged to apply) \nAcademic or internship experience in analytics/data science is a plus\nSkills and Abilities\nBasic proficiency in Python, R, or similar analytical programming languages \nFoundational understanding of statistics and machine learning \nStrong attention to detail and focus on accuracy \nStructured thinking and problem-solving approach \nBasic understanding of model evaluation and interpretation concepts \nCommitment to high professional and ethical standards\nTravel Requirements\nMinimal Travel Required\nWork Environment\nWork in clean, pleasant, and comfortable office.
