You may just be the right candidate for this or other roles.\nA Brief Overview\nThe Data Analyst utilizes knowledge of finance, accounting and insurance strategies to provide business and financial advice to TriNet's management team through various analysis functions. The position is responsible for preparing financial reports and analyses (including budgets and forecasts) for Insurance Services, Financial Planning & Analysis and Accounting and serves as liaison to assist with financial needs. The position provides regular support to other Finance-related functions, such as the month-end close process.\nWhat you will do\nProduce assigned revenue forecasts and incorporate understanding of fluid carrier landscape and historical insights into forecast assumptions.\nSupport the business in the preparation and delivery of monthly accounting close process\nResponsible for compiling analysis reports, presentations, and other material to provide a robust analysis explaining drivers of forecast variance.\nEvaluate data integrity and resolve discrepancies.\nIdentify and incorporate renewal actions into models and forecasts.\nAssist in automation of repetitive data aggregation/manipulation tasks to enable greater focus on value-add analysis.\nPrepare data reconciliations evidencing SOX compliance.\nMaintain vendor relationships to assist with data interpretation and resolution to data integrity issues.\nDesign, configure and maintain Copilot agents and AI-enabled workflows using enterprise tools to automate business processes, enhance decision-making, and improve operational efficiency.\nDocument use cases, workflows and best practices to enable, reuse and scale Copilot agents across Workers Compensation.\nEnsure AI-enabled solutions align with enterprise standards for privacy, security and responsible AI use.\nCross train on and document processes to foster team resiliency.\nSupport management by completing ad hoc analysis and projects\nPerforms other duties as assigned\nComplies with all policies and standards\nEducation Qualifications\nBachelor's Degree in Statistics, Actuarial Science, Math, Economics, Accounting or related field; equivalent combination of education and experience required \nExperience Qualifications\nTypically 2+ years analytical experience required \nExperience and understanding of working in an insurance environment. preferred \nExperience developing or supporting AI/automation solutions, including workflow automation, data pipelines, or intelligent agents.\nExperience with business intelligence reporting tools preferred \nSkills and Abilities\nStrong analytical, qualitative and quantitative skills with ability to independently identify and communicate relevant information \nAttention to detail and ability to distinguish materially important variances in data \nDemonstrated experience with AI-assisted tools (Copilot) and ability to apply them in business context.\nStrong collaboration skills to work across the businessto drive adoption of AI solutions for workflow efficiency.\nSelf-starter willing to identify problems and proactively work to identify solutions \nStrong financial analytical skills required, basic accounting knowledge helpful \nAbility to work cross functionally with different departments in different time zones as well as with third party partners \nA demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace \nAbility to adapt quickly and learn new tasks independently. \nAbility to manage competing priorities while meeting deadlines \nExcellent written and verbal communication skills required with ability to explain complex financial data. \nExcellent problem-solving with ability to apply analytical skills to drive business solutions. \nHigh level of organization, integrity, accuracy, and precision \nAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Tableau or Power BI experience preferred) \nWork Environment\nWork in a clean, pleasant, and comfortable office work setting.
