This leader will guide and develop a team focused on helping our people build the skills, knowledge, and confidence needed to deliver stronger business results.\nThis is an opportunity to modernize how learning and enablement are delivered across the revenue organization. The Executive Director will bring fresh thinking, introduce more agile and technology-enabled ways of working, and use AI to make learning more relevant, accessible, scalable, and effective.\nWhat you will do\nOwn the strategy and execution of learning and development for field sales, retention, and sales support teams.\n\nLead, coach, and develop a team responsible for onboarding, sales and customer relationship management skills, product readiness, certifications, learning design, and delivery.\n\nModernize the learning function by introducing more agile, digital, on-demand, and practical learning experiences.\n\nUse AI and learning technology to improve how content is created, delivered, found, reinforced, and measured.\n\nPartner with Revenue leaders to identify the capabilities teams need and translate business priorities into focused learning plans.\n\nCreate clear priorities and ensure the team delivers high-quality solutions with speed, consistency, and measurable impact.\n\nEstablish success measures and use data to improve proficiency, time toproductivity, adoption, and performance.\n\nBuild strong partnerships across Marketing, Operations, Product, Transformation, and Human Resources.\n\nCreate a culture of curiosity, innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement within the learning team.\n\nPerforms other duties as assigned\n\nComplies with all policies and standards\n\nEducation Qualifications\nBachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, advanced degree preferred\n\nExperience Qualifications\nTypically,10+ year's experiencein learning and development, sales enablement, revenue enablement, talent development, or a relatedfield.\n\nExperience building learning + development solutions for sales, account management, customer-facing, or other revenue teams.\n\nPractical experience using digital learning, AI, learning platforms, or knowledge tools to improve effectiveness and scale with a track record of modernizing learning strategies, operating models, or delivery approaches.\n\nStrong business judgment and the ability to connect learning investments to measurable outcomes.\n\nExperience leading managers and multidisciplinary learning teams in a complex organization.\n\nStrong executive communication, collaboration, and changeleadership skills.\n\nPEO industry expertise is preferred\n\nSkills and Abilities\nEnterprise learning strategy development\n\nAI-enabled learning transformation\n\nExecutive stakeholder influence\n\nOrganizational capability planning\n\nLearning portfolio governance\n\nChange leadership\n\nOrganizational effectiveness and transformation\n\nProficient in Microsoft Offices Suite, Oracle platform experience, a plus\n\nTravel Requirements\nUp to 25%\nWork Environment\nWork in clean, pleasant, and comfortable office or home setting. All qualified external applicants will be considered for an in-office role, based in Atlanta.
