You may just be the right candidate for this or other roles.\nJOB SUMMARY\nThe Learning Consultant is responsible for the assessment, design, and delivery of learning and development across multi-functional teams to support TriNet's operational excellence. The Learning Consultant ensures appropriate training solutions are provided to enable efficient and effective execution of key business initiatives. This individual is responsible for fostering close relationships with Subject Matter Experts (SME) to ensure program and project success. This role serves as a consultant, coach, and resource to leaders in addressing team development needs and deliver learning through various formats including classroom, virtual, and eLearning.\nCoordination, scheduling, and facilitation of training sessions and/or modules for identified target audience to ensure training transfer by requested timelines based on the needs of the business.\nCoordination, development, and administration of pre-and post-training activities and assessments.\nUtilize adult learning principles and training philosophies to ensure utilization of a variety of vehicles which leads to increased knowledge retention.\nDevelop or select teaching aids, such as training workbooks, participant guides, infographics, videos, hands on e-learning tutorials and reference materials.\nSupport the tracking and communication of training initiatives.\nConfer with SMEs to gain knowledge of work situations requiring training and better understand changes in policies, procedures, regulations, and technologies.\nPersonal development and accomplishment of appropriate departmental goals.\nSupport best practice theory regarding systems and processes, ensuring high quality service delivery while maintaining compliance with all TriNet’, federal, state and local regulations.\nIdentify training or process improvement opportunities and provide recommendations\nKeeps informed of industry trends in learning and development by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.\nApply TriNet standards to develop deliverables that are aligned with the TriNet style guide and branding.\nOther projects and responsibilities may be added at the manager’s discretion.\nRequired for All Jobs\nPerforms other duties as assigned\nComplies with all policies and standards\nQUALIFICATIONS\nBachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a similar learning and development or talent management role.\nWork Experience\nTypically 2+ years experience in facilitation and development of process training programs\nWorking knowledge using instructional methods and training techniques, including curriculum design principles and blended learning strategies \nExperience working in a HR Outsourcing/PEO environment a plus\nExperience utilizing eLearning authoring and/or video editing tools a plus.\nLicenses and Certifications\nATD, DDI, and Sales/Operational Methodology training preferred\nInstructional design principles including assessment, development and measurement preferred\nProject Management Professional Certification preferred.\nCapable of developing a variety of training programs based on needs assessment results or opportunities identified using varied deployment vehicles rooted in adult learning principles\nAbility to lead multiple projects under tight time constraints by utilizing strong time management and organization skills.\nCreative problem solver with the ability to rapidly understand the strategic objectives, learn new concepts applying training techniques to present solutions and enhance comprehension.\nExcellent training and facilitation skills, including dynamic and professional communication and presentation abilities; virtual and in-person\nAbility to apply creative training techniques to engage participants, create an effective and positive learning environment to increase training transfer and heuristic learning.\nConsiderable skills in process improvement/business transformation, adult learning principles, communication, problem solving, soft/power skills and team building\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills, strong public speaking skills\nExcellent interpersonal skills and ability to work professionally with employees at all levels.\nAbility to maintain effectiveness and professionalism when experiencing change in work tasks and/or the work environment \nAbility to work well under pressure and maintain flexibility in a fast-paced environment\nA demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace\nProven project management skills \nProficient in Microsoft Office 365\nWork Environment:\nWork in a clean, pleasant, and comfortable office work setting.
