You may just be the right candidate for this or other roles.\nA Brief Overview\nThe Procurement Analyst will manage and support end to end procure-to-pay process, including but not limited to stakeholder management, vendor engagement, escalation management. The primary function of this role will be to support the US based TriNet procurement team with the processing of requisitions, reporting analytics, and ad-hoc support. The analyst will play a pivotal role for improved quality, services and performance within procurement while ensuring business requirements are fulfilled and value is optimized.\nLocations\nHyderabad, In-Office\nWhat you will do\nManage and support end to end procure-to-pay process, including but not limited to stakeholder management, vendor engagement, escalation management.\nEffectively work and communicate across multiple organizations and levels, spread throughout geographical locations\nFoster and develop a strong working relationship with key cross-functional working areas to ensure stakeholders needs are taken into consideration.\nResearch, analyze, coordinate, and respond to incoming inquiries.\nEducate Purchasers on Procurement Requirements, Tools and Systems, Procedures and Policy\nDevelops and provides training and assistance to users. Responds to user questions and requests for assistance. Provides information and explanations regarding software, applications, and operational policies and procedures.\nPrepare weekly, monthly, quarterly reports and disseminate to management and stakeholders.\nDevelops and maintains on-going procurement metrics including cost savings, transaction savings, procure-to-pay transactions, and Procurement efficiencies.\nPerform continuous reviews and analysis of key data points to measure compliance with suppliers and distributors, and to identify new areas of opportunity for program optimization.\nDocuments and maintains processes, procedures, and workflows of the Procurement department through interviews, review of forms and procedures, organization charts, job descriptions, flow chart development work distribution chart development and other techniques.\nUnderstand the full P2P cycle to quickly identify the source of bottlenecks, problems, and drive issues to resolution.\nMakes recommendations to management for possible improvements and automation opportunities.\nSupports Third Party Risk Management program.\nAssist in the research and analysis of audit issues raised by external and internal audit.\nResponsible for keeping up with industry trends.\nHelps maintain a strong governance culture by following appropriate governance policies and procedures.\nPerforms other duties as assigned\nComplies with all policies and standards\nEducation Qualifications\nBachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required\nExperience Qualifications\nTypically 2+ years customer service excellence experience \nTypically 2+ years Procurement role with a strong focus on administrating the use of procurement tools and systems\nSkills and Abilities\nKnowledge of Procurement systems, procedures, regulations, and industry standards \nStrong negotiation skills \nHigh level of contract knowledge \nSelf-reliant and proactive in all work areas \nExperience partnering with and influencing internal partners (HR, Marketing, IT, Legal, etc.) \nAbility to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment \nOutstanding customer service/people and communication skills\nStrong prioritization, organizational and time management skills \nExperience providing project leadership and optimally managing projects \nProficient in Microsoft Office Suite with the ability to efficiently create spreadsheets, pivot tables, other computer analysis, report writing \nAbility to multi-task and prioritize in complex and fast-paced environment \nAbility to communicate effectively verbally and in writing in English \nStrong documentation (e.g., process flow, policies and procedures, system/process testing scripts) skills \nDemonstrated experience in Change Management and high comfort level with ambiguity \nDemonstrate a positive attitude, thirst for knowledge and excitement for growing our business \nAbility to follow up on pending issues, take initiative and escalate problems \nWork Environment\nWork in a clean, pleasant, and comfortable office work setting.
