The position will be responsible for building products from existing ideas or helping develop new ones based on their experience, representing the interests and needs of customers, prospects, and partners.\nEssential Duties/Responsibilities:\nDevelops product strategies and plans to increase overall usage and user satisfaction\nAssists in the translation of business goals and objectives into a concrete strategy and tactical plan\nAssesses and specifies market requirements for current and future products through conducting market research and on-going discussions with internal clients and client-facing teams\nManages the entire product line life cycle, from strategic planning to tactical execution\nDevelops, implements, and manages product features in collaboration with development partners\nPrepares detailed and comprehensive product requirements and statements of work\nProvides feedback on product costs and budget impact\nRequired for All Jobs\nPerforms other duties as assigned\nComplies with all policies and standards\nQUALIFICATIONS\nEducation\nBachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred\nWork Experience\nTypically 2+ years \nKnowledge, Skills and Abilities\nExcellent communication skills\nAbility to communicate with employees at all levels of the organization\nSolid knowledge and understanding of both state and federal employment laws \nExcellent interpersonal, presentation and facilitation skills\nAbility to adapt to a fast paced continually changing business and work environment while managing multiple priorities \nProficient in Microsoft Office Suite\nWork Environment:\nWork in a clean, pleasant, and comfortable office work setting.
