You may just be the right candidate for this or other roles.\nJOB SUMMARY\nCloud Operations is responsible for maintaining reliability, performance, and security of our multi-cloud infrastructure, enterprise services, and TriNet's customer portal. Key role responsibilities include developing infrastructure enhancements, facilitating POCs, deployments/upgrades, and managing ongoing tasks.\nEssential Duties/Responsibilities\nDevelop and maintain AWS & OCI infrastructure & managed services\nStrong experience with kubernetes technologies, specifically AWS EKS and OCI OKE\nExperience with policy engines such as Kyverno\nExperience with golden image management for host OS and Containers\nExperience with AWS Org, SCPs and strong IAM foundation\nStrong Linux OS troubleshooting, performance tuning skills & monthly patching\nGitHub, Stash, Artifactory, Confluence/Jira and related technologies\nStrong coding skills (yaml/json, Python, shell, CDK Terraform, CloudFormation)\nExperience with leveraging AWS automation technologies (ie: trigger events/Lamda) to achieve operational efficiency gains.\nEvaluate new technologies in order to achieve business objectives and innovation.\nCreate technical documentation as necessary.\nProvide support to compute and storage administration team.\nCollaborate with product owners, developers, and support staff to ensure continuous and reliable delivery of service.\nExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills\nSelf-starter with a strong commitment to success\nAbility to adapt to a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities\nA demonstrated commitment to a diverse workplace and “team first” philosophy \nRequired for All Jobs\nPerforms other duties as assigned\nComplies with all policies and standards \nQUALIFICATIONS\nEducation - Bachelor's Degree - preferred \nWork Experience Required/Preferred\nTypically 8+ years - using required skills/qualifications\nKnowledge, Skills and Abilities Proficiency\nBachelor’s degree desired; or equivalent education and/or related work experience.\nStrong proficiency in container technologies including Kubernetes, EKS, Nirmata.\nStrong proficiency in AWS services/technologies like VPC, EC2, IAM, S3, MSK, EMR, Sagemaker, MWAA, RDS, ElastiCache\nExperience with configuration management tools (Puppet, Ansible)\nStrong background in hypervisor technologies (VMware, OpenStack/MCP) \nStrong background in Linux operating system administration (RedHat/CentOS, Satellite)\nExperience with Information Security principles, technologies, and best practices\nExperience with change management controls, SOX/HIPAA/PII auditory compliance\nWork Environment\nWork in a clean, pleasant, and comfortable office work setting.
