You may just be the right candidate for this or other roles.\nAbout the Role\nWe are seeking a strategic and execution-oriented Senior Product Manager to lead strategic benefits-focused product initiatives within our Benefits & Pricing domain. In this role, you will deeply immerse yourself into the Benefits persona, identifying and driving solutions that improve user experience and drive business results.\nYou will work closely with engineering, design, operations, sales, and other cross-functional partners to shape product strategy, translate complex needs into actionable requirements, and deliver high-impact capabilities from concept through launch.\nKey Responsibilities\nProduct Strategy and Discovery\nIdentify and validate customer and business needs, along with market opportunities that inform product direction\nConduct customer, market, and stakeholder research to shape product strategy and experience improvements\nRoadmap and Backlog Management\nExecute and evolve the roadmap for assigned benefits products\nDefine, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog for one or more delivery teams\nTranslate complex customer and business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and actionable delivery plans\nCross-Functional Delivery\nWork closely with engineering, design, operations, sales, and business partners to deliver high-quality solutions\nSupport agile planning and execution through ceremonies such as sprint planning, demos, retrospectives, and PI planning\nManage dependencies across teams, functions, external partners, and operational stakeholders to keep delivery on track\nDelivery and Performance\nDrive timely, high-quality delivery of initiatives aligned to customer and business outcomes\nMeasure product performance using KPIs and other relevant success metrics\nUse feedback, data, and continuous improvement practices to reduce friction and strengthen adoption\nLaunch and Adoption\nSupport product launches\nPartner with sales, marketing, operations, and customer teams to support successful go-to-market execution\nIncorporate customer feedback into future roadmap planning and product enhancements\nRequired Qualifications\n5+ years of product management experience or comparable experience in a related role\nIn depth knowledge of benefits administration and medical insurance domains\nExperience delivering external- or partner-facing technology products and capabilities\nStrong knowledge of agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe\nDemonstrated success working across cross-functional, matrixed teams and bringing clarity to ambiguous problems\nStrong prioritization skills with the ability to balance customer, partner, and business value\nExcellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and requirements-definition skills\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience working in a value stream, product operating model, or similar cross-functional environment\nExperience working within the PEO industry\nExperience with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar product delivery platforms\nAgile certification such as Certified Scrum Product Owner or SAFe PO/PM\nA strong sense of ownership, resilience, and attention to detail in driving outcomes\nThe preferred location for this role is Atlanta, GA, and the salary range for this location is $89,600.00 to $168,000.00. All qualified external applicants will be considered for an in-office role, based in Atlanta. All qualified internal candidates are encouraged to apply and consider relocation to Atlanta and may be considered for remote hire at the company’s discretion.
