You may just be the right candidate for this or other roles.\nA Brief Overview\nThe Senior Security Program Analyst is primarily responsible for supporting senior and executive level Security program reporting and budget management, translating complex data into clear, actionable insights for internal and external stakeholders. This role partners closely with Security leadership, Finance, and cross functional teams to ensure accurate reporting, financial transparency, and informed decision making that advance a customer centered, best in class Security program.\nWhat you will do\nSupport enterprise and executive-level security program reporting and operations on impact-focused, data-driven reporting of the Security program\nSupport the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of key stakeholder Security program reports\nPartner with key stakeholders to aggregate, interpret, and visualize data to support impact-focused reporting of the Security Program\nPrepare timely, accurate, and high-quality Security program data report presentations for various levels of the organization\nProvide input on data collection standards to ensure the accuracy and reliability of created Security program reports and dashboards\nSupport preparation of board and executive-level reports, dashboards, and communications\nDevelop and maintain relationships with stakeholders for increased efficiency and effectiveness, as needed on special projects \nSupport Security budget planning, forecasting, and ongoing financial management, including OpEx and CapEx tracking across programs, initiatives, and resources. \nPartner with Security leadership, FP&A, and key stakeholders to monitor spend, analyze variances, and assess potential financial impacts.\nFoster an inclusive work environment and encourage collaboration through establishing a culture of teamwork\nSupport the development and maintenance of the Security Talent Management Program, which includes performing skill gap assessments, talent development, and resource planning\nEducation Qualifications\nBachelor's degree or equivalent experience required\nExperience Qualifications\n5+ years of relevant experience supporting enterprise security programs and executive reporting.\nSkills and Abilities\nStrong analytical skills with proven ability to resolve issues/problems by leveraging business and functional knowledge, and relationships\nKnowledge of data visualization best practices and ability to understand and articulate the \"big picture\" and simplify complex ideas\nStrong attention to detail with ability to generate high-quality, professional, reports and dashboards in a timely, efficient, and consistent manner\nAbility to adapt to a fast paced continually changing business and work environment\nDemonstrates organizational skills to meet deadlines of multiple, ongoing projects, concurrently \nAbility to operate strategically and tactically\nAbility to influence others by persuasion, negotiation, and problem solving, and to move others to recognize and appreciate different points of view and to consider/accept alternative options\nStrong collaborative working style to facilitate open sharing of information and cooperation with various project participants and/or stakeholders \nDemonstrates a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues to manage/minimize risks \nAbility to interact and maintain effective working relationships while respecting cultural and linguistic differences and fostering an inclusive work environment\nAbility to communicate through verbal and written means, and to present concepts and information in a manner that is readily understood by management, customers, and colleagues\nAbility to adapt to a fast paced continually changing business and work environment while managing multiple priorities\nLicenses and Certifications\nCISM, CISA, or CISSP certifications preferred\nTravel Requirements\nMinimal\nWork Environment\nWork in a clean, pleasant, and comfortable office work setting.
