You may just be the right candidate for this or other roles.\nA Brief Overview\nWe are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Senior Engineer with strong expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM Modules. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Technical and Functional modules, Payroll configuration, Fast Formulas, HCM Data Loader (HDL), Visual Builder Studio, and OTBI. The consultant will be responsible for delivering end-to-end Oracle Cloud Payroll solutions, collaborating with business stakeholders, and supporting implementation, integration, testing, and production deployments.\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead Oracle HCM Payroll implementation and enhancement projects.\nGather business requirements and translate them into Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.\nConfigure Oracle Cloud Payroll to meet business and compliance requirements.\nDevelop and maintain Fast Formulas for Payroll and HCM processes.\nDesign and implement data migration using HCM Data Loader (HDL).\nDevelop reports and dashboards using OTBI.\nBuild and customize applications using Visual Builder Studio where required.\nCollaborate with business users, technical teams, and project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.\nSupport integration, testing, deployment, and post-production activities.\nTroubleshoot and resolve Payroll-related production issues.\nParticipate in requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, and go-live support.\nPrepare functional specifications, technical documentation, and user guides.\nEnsure timely project delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.\nRequired Skills:\n8+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience.\nHands-on experience with multiple Oracle Cloud Payroll implementations.\nStrong expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll, Performance Management etc.\nExperience in Oracle HCM Cloud Technical development.\nStrong knowledge of: \nFast Formulas / PL/SQL, Packages, Programs\nVisual Builder Studio (VBS)\nHCM Data Loader (HDL)\nOTBI Reporting\nKnowledge of BI Publisher, HCM Extracts, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is a plus\nExperience with Payroll configuration and troubleshooting.\nStrong understanding of Oracle HCM data model.\nExperience in integration and data migration.\nExcellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.\nPreferred Skills:\nExperience implementing and configuring Oracle Global Human Resources (Core HR).\nKnowledge of Oracle Cloud Security.\nExperience with Compensation, Recruiting, and Talent Management modules.\nExperience in: \nBusiness Process Re-engineering\nRequirement Gathering & Analysis\nApplication Configuration\nProduction Deployment Support\nExperience working in Agile/Scrum environments.\nKey Competencies:\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills.\nExcellent communication and client-facing abilities.\nAbility to work independently and in cross-functional teams.\nStrong project ownership and delivery focus.\nExperience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nPrimary Skills:\nOracle HCM Cloud Technical\nFast Formulas\nOfficial Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)\nHCM Data Loader (HDL)\nVisual Builder Studio (VBS)\nOTBI\nPreferred Modules (Atleast 2 Modules):\nCore HR\nPayroll\nSecurity\nCompensation\nRecruiting\nTalent Management\nLearning\nHR Help Desk\nTime & Labor \nAbsence\nAI Agents\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.\nOracle HCM Cloud Certification is preferred.\nWork Environment\nWork in a clean, pleasant, and comfortable office work setting.
