You may just be the right candidate for this or other roles.\nJOB SUMMARY\nThe Senior Technical Project Manager is responsible for delivering technology solutions aligned with business needs. The position requires the ability to comprehend the business in order to manage and orchestrate projects and communicate the complexity in simple terms to technology teams. This role facilitates the breakdown and understanding of the technical components of a project.\nEssential Duties/Responsibilites :\nLeads complex projects involving technology and business resources\nDevelops detailed project plans and achievements, identifies resource requirements, performance indicators, and status reports\nCreates and maintains integrated project plans, incorporates updates and changes to the plans, and prepares reports and presentations for leadership review\nResolves issues and problems throughout the project life cycle Monitors, tracks, and controls outcomes to resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies, and critical path deliverables\nActs as a mediator between stakeholders and team members regarding project efforts\nCoordinates with partners to oversee capacity needs for project efforts and effectively communicates status updates and challenges to diverse audiences\nCompletes evaluations post-project, identifying best pratices and process improvement opportunities\nRequired for All Jobs\nPerforms other duties as assigned\nComplies with all policies and standards\nQUALIFICATIONS\nEducation\nBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience preferred\nWork Experience\nTypically 5+ years experience as a program or project manager, with a progressive record of successful delivery of complex solutions, systems, or services in a software development environment\nExperience with Agile Methodologies\nLicenses and Certifications\nProject Management Professional (PMP) preferred\nKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:\nExcellent project management skills with ability to manage multiple projects\nUnderstanding of interdependencies between technology, operations and business needs\nStrong analytical, presentation and organizational skills\nAbility to drive multiple project activities with varying complexity\nProficiency with Jira for project tracking, workflow management, and reporting\nExcellent communication skills, including presentation and facilitation skills\nStrong problem-solving and quantitative skills\nDemonstrable ability to manage people and resources, as well as work independently with limited supervision\nWork Environment:\nWork in a clean, pleasant, and comfortable office work setting.
