In this role, you will partner with Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Operations to define the Salesforce roadmap and deliver scalable, compliant solutions. You will bridge business requirements with platform capabilities across Salesforce CRM (Sales, Service, Experience), Agentforce, and CPQ, while leveraging your strong Salesforce Administration skills to configure, govern, and optimize our Salesforce environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead Salesforce Initiatives:\nDrive the full lifecycle of Salesforce projects, including: \nDiscovery: Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process analysis to identify business needs and opportunities.\nProof of Concept (POC): Design and validate solution prototypes to demonstrate feasibility and value.\nStory Creation: Translate requirements into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and process maps.\nPrioritization: Work with business and technical teams to prioritize the backlog for maximum impact.\nTesting: Develop and execute test cases, coordinate user acceptance testing, and ensure quality standards are met.\nRelease: Oversee deployment, change management, and release documentation.\nAdoption: Deliver training, enablement, and ongoing support to drive user adoption and maximize business value.\nRequirements Gathering: Facilitate workshops and interviews to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements; translate needs into user stories and process maps.\nSalesforce Administration & Configuration:\nUser and license management, profiles, permission sets, roles, sharing rules, and security settings.\nObject and field configuration, record types, page layouts, Lightning App/Record Pages, Dynamic Forms, and related lists.\nAutomation using Flows, Approvals, Email Alerts, and In-App Guidance; deprecate legacy Workflow Rules/Process Builder.\nReports and dashboards creation, analytics folder management, and role-based data visibility.\nData quality management: validation rules, duplicate rules, picklist governance, and field-level help.\nRelease and change management: sandbox strategy, change sets, metadata versioning, and UAT coordination.\nService Cloud/Agentforce: Case management, omni-channel routing, knowledge base, SLAs, macros, and agent assist features.\nExperience Cloud: Community setup, page access, and content governance.\nCPQ: Product catalog, pricing rules, quote templates, renewals, and amendments.\nIntegration: Collaborate on integrations (e.g., MuleSoft/Boomi), Connected Apps, and data migration.\nPlatform Specialization:\nSales Cloud: Lead management, opportunity stages, forecasting, territories, and sales cadences.\nTesting & Support: Define and execute test cases, support UAT, deliver training, and provide Tier-2/3 troubleshooting.\nGovernance & Compliance: Enforce security, audit trails, and data retention policies; partner with InfoSec/Compliance for regulatory requirements.\nContinuous Improvement: Analyze usage, propose process and UX improvements, and measure outcomes via KPIs and adoption metrics.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.\n5+ years as a Salesforce Business Analyst, with at least 3 years of hands-on Salesforce Administration in multi-cloud environments.\nProven experience with Salesforce CRM, CPQ, and Agentforce.Salesforce Business Analyst\nCPQ Specialist\nPlatform App Builder\nService/Sales Cloud Consultant\n\nCertifications (Required):\nSalesforce Administrator (ADM-201) \nCertifications (Preferred):\nAdvanced Administrator (ADM-211)\nSkills & Competencies:\nExpert in Salesforce Administration: profiles, permission sets, Flows, validation rules, sharing/security, and release/change management.\nDeep knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud/Agentforce, Experience Cloud, and CPQ.\nProficient with process mapping tools (Lucidchart, Microsoft Visio, Miro).\nExperienced with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Monday, Asana).\nAdvanced Salesforce reporting and dashboard skills; strong Excel and BI tool familiarity.\nExceptional communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.\nHighly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment\nWork Environment:\nWork in a clean, pleasant, and comfortable office work setting.
