You may just be the right candidate for this or other roles.\nJob Summary\nAs a Supervisor in the Benefits Support Services team, you will lead a team of analysts and specialists responsible for delivering high-quality benefits administration and support to TriNet’s clients and their worksite employees (WSEs). You will manage team performance, coach and mentor staff, oversee escalations, and drive process improvements. This role requires strong leadership, analytical thinking, and a deep understanding of benefits operations and compliance.\nKey Responsibilities\nCoach and mentor team members; manage attendance, performance, and workload prioritization.\nDefine individual goals, KPIs, and performance metrics; conduct regular performance reviews and corrective actions.\nOversee process improvements and documentation; recommend system enhancements for scalability and accuracy.\nHandle escalated issues and ensure resolution meets quality and compliance standards.\nCollaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to support departmental initiatives and build strong partnerships.\nPerform other duties as assigned and ensure compliance with company policies and standards.\nQualifications\nEducation\nBachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)\nEquivalent experience in benefits administration or HR operations will be considered\nExperience\nMinimum 3-5 years of experience in benefits administration or customer support services\n2+ year’s experience in a supervisory or team lead role is preferred\nExperience in a PEO or HR outsourcing environment is a plus\nPreferred Certifications\nCertified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) - International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans\nCertified Payroll Professional (CPP) - if managing payroll-linked benefits.\nSkills & Competencies\nProficiency in benefits administration platforms and Microsoft Office Suite\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\nExcellent communication and interpersonal abilities\nAbility to manage remote teams across time zones\nDetail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills\nExperience in process improvement and documentation\nAbility to handle escalations and resolve complex issues effectively\nWork Environment\nWork in a clean, pleasant, and comfortable office work setting.
