You may just be the right candidate for this or other roles.\nA Brief Overview\nThe Workers Compensation Pricing Analyst is responsible for evaluating or assessing the business submitted by identifying, selecting and assessing risk to determine adequate pricing.\nWhat you will do\nPerform detailed analysis of legal entity which includes identifying exposures, completing a loss analysis, assigning workers compensation classification codes and determining appropriate workers compensation pricing within provided authority levels.\nEstablish and maintain disciplined approach to review and manage the risk with the ultimate objective to approve profitable business.\nDevelop effective relationships with TriNet colleagues in order to be able to collaborate throughout the WC review process\nPresent workers compensation business for approval by the worker’s compensation insurance carrier that falls under submission guidelines to the Lead WC Pricing Analyst\nProvide consultative advice to management on WC Pricing guidelines, pricing standards and procedures.\nPerforms other duties as assigned\nComplies with all policies and standards\nEducation Qualifications\nBachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required\nExperience Qualifications\nTypically 2+ years of experience underwriting workers compensation required\nexperience utilizing Salesforce or similar platform preferred\nexperience with the Professional Employer Organization business model preferred\nSkills and Abilities\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\nAbility to communicate with employees at all levels of the organization\nStrong knowledge and understanding of workers compensation pricing/rating\nExcellent interpersonal skills\nAbility to build consensus between Sales and WC Pricing Team.\nA demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace\nAbility to adapt to a fast-paced, constantly-evolving business and work environment while prioritizing multiple priorities\nProficient in Microsoft Office Suite\nLicenses and Certifications\nAINS or AU preferred\nTravel Requirements\nMinimal\nWork Environment\nWork in clean, pleasant, and comfortable office or home setting. All qualified external applicants will be considered for an in-office role, based in Denver. All qualified internal candidates are encouraged to apply and consider relocation to Denver and may be considered for remote hire at the company’s discretion.
