Our teams work closely with global stakeholders, contributing to large-scale initiatives that improve efficiency, streamline workflows, and support business growth across international markets.\nRequired Skills:\n3-5+ years of experience in a Network Operations Center (NOC) or similar environment \nStrong technical expertise in network troubleshooting across IP and/or transmission platforms \nSolid knowledge of TCP/IP, MPLS, BGP, QoS, xWDM technologies \nCCNP Enterprise level knowledge (for IP-focused roles) or equivalent practical experience \nHands-on experience with network monitoring tools, incident handling, and fault management \nExperience working with Linux/Windows environments \nStrong communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal teams and external providers \nExperience in documenting incidents and maintaining clear technical reporting \nNice-to-haves skills:\nExperience with scripting (Python or Bash)\nTelecom industry background (TELCO)\nExperience configuring or improving NOC monitoring tools\nExperience working in an international environment\nCore Responsibilities:\nMonitor the network across IP and transmission platforms (including xWDM), as well as underlying infrastructure (sites, owned and leased fiber) \nAct on alarms indicating both service-impacting and potential service-impacting issues \nInitiate and perform troubleshooting of faults and outages across relevant platforms \nResolve incidents at first line whenever possible, minimizing escalation to second-level support \nTake full ownership of incidents and drive them to resolution and restoration \nCollaborate with third-party providers (hardware vendors, field support, network providers) during troubleshooting \nEnsure accurate and timely documentation during and after incident resolution \nMaintain clear and structured communication with internal and external stakeholders during major incidents \nTrack SLA commitments, follow up on progress, and coordinate resolution across teams \nPrepare root cause analysis and outage reports \nAct as a SPOC during planned maintenance and outages \nConfigure and contribute to the development of NOC monitoring tools and processes \nCollaborate with internal teams to improve troubleshooting and information sharing \nExpected Qualifications\nStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills \nAbility to take ownership and make decisions in time-critical situations \nHigh level of responsibility and attention to detail \nStrong team player with excellent communication skills \nProactive mindset and willingness to continuously learn and improve \nComfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment \nWhat we offer:\nContinuous learning and career growth opportunities \nProfessional training and English/Spanish language classes \nComprehensive medical insurance \nMental health support \nSpecialized benefits program with compensation for fitness activities, hobbies, pet care, and more \nFlexible working hours \nInclusive and supportive culture \nAbout Us:\nEstablished in 2011, Trinetix is a dynamic tech service provider supporting enterprise clients around the world.\nHeadquartered in Nashville, Tennessee, we have a global team of over 1,000 professionals and delivery centers across Europe, the United States, and Argentina.
