banking, fintech, insurance, payments, lending, compliance, risk, and digital banking. \n\nResponsibilities: \n\nStakeholder Management \n\nEngage with clients, business users, internal teams, vendors, and technical stakeholders to understand business needs, challenges, and project objectives. \n\nFacilitate requirement gathering sessions, workshops, walkthroughs, and clarification discussions to ensure alignment between business and technical teams. \n\nManage stakeholder expectations by communicating requirements, assumptions, risks, dependencies, and changes clearly throughout the project lifecycle. \n\nRequirement Gathering & Analysis \n\nGather, analyse, and document business requirements, functional requirements, business rules, user journeys, workflows, and system interactions. \n\nTranslate business needs into clear and structured documentation such as Business Requirement Documents, Functional Specification Documents, user stories, use cases, process flows, and requirement traceability matrices. \n\nAssess current state and future state processes to identify gaps, improvement opportunities, risks, and solution requirements. \n\nFinancial Services Industry Support \n\nSupport projects within the Financial Services Industry, including banking, fintech, insurance, digital banking, payments, lending, customer onboarding, compliance, risk, regulatory reporting, and financial operations. \n\nUnderstand FSI related business flows, approval processes, operational requirements, regulatory considerations, and system dependencies. \n\nProvide business analysis input to support secure, scalable, and practical technology solutions for financial services clients. \n\nSolution & Deliverables Management \n\nWork closely with project managers, solution architects, developers, QA teams, and business users to ensure requirements are accurately translated into technical deliverables. \n\nReview project deliverables, functional specifications, test scenarios, and system outputs to ensure alignment with agreed business requirements. \n\nManage requirement changes by supporting impact analysis, documentation, prioritisation, and stakeholder approval. \n\nDocumentation & Governance \n\nPrepare, maintain, and update business analysis documentation throughout the project lifecycle with proper structure, clarity, and version control. \n\nEnsure all requirements, decisions, changes, and approvals are properly documented for transparency, traceability, and governance. \n\nSupport internal documentation standards and contribute to consistent delivery practices across Trinitium’s projects. \n\nRequirements\nRequirements: \n\n2 to 5 years of working experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar business analysis role. \n\nExperience in the Financial Services Industry is highly preferred, particularly in banking, fintech, insurance, payments, lending, compliance, risk, digital banking, or related areas. \n\nStrong experience in end-to-end business analysis activities, including requirement gathering, documentation, process mapping, testing support, implementation, and post go live support. \n\nGood understanding of software development lifecycle and project delivery methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models. \n\nAbility to prepare clear and structured documentation such as BRD, FSD, user stories, use cases, process flows, gap analysis documents, and requirement traceability matrices. \n\nStrong analytical thinking, problem solving ability, attention to detail, and ability to simplify complex information. \n\nGood communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage both business and technical teams. \n\nExperience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar tools will be an added advantage. \n\nFoundational understanding of APIs, system integration, data flows, workflow automation, and enterprise applications will be beneficial. \n\nBachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, Banking, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred. \n\nSkills\nUser Acceptance Testing
