Internship Sales & Management Assistant Intern

 Position Overview We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Intern to directly support our Senior Account Manager for a 6-month placement. In this role, you will handle core administrative functions, coordinate client operations, and streamline everyday sales workflows to ensure high-priority accounts are seamlessly managed and supported.  

Key Responsibilities

• Executive & Account Support: Serve as the primary administrative point of contact for the Senior Account Manager, managing calendars, scheduling client check-ins, and preparing meeting agendas.
• Client Documentation & Reporting: Draft meeting minutes, update client profiles, build weekly status reports, and prepare polished pitch decks and renewal presentations.
• CRM & Record Maintenance: Ensure accurate, up-to-date account records in the CRM, tracking contract statuses, key milestones, and ongoing client requests.
• Onboarding & Operations Support: Coordinate the administrative onboarding process for new accounts, liaising between internal teams (billing, legal, product) to deliver seamless client setups.
• Research & Task Tracking: Conduct background research on existing client accounts ahead of strategy calls and systematically track follow-up action items through to execution.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recent graduate in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• Exceptional organizational skills, acute attention to detail, and a structured approach to multi-tasking.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
• Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace (especially Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides); experience with CRM platforms is a plus.
• Ability to commit to a full-time, 6-month internship term.
