The position will dispatch Campus Safety Officers for routine and emergency situations and receive incoming communications via telephone, web-based alerts, or radio relating to Campus Safety services.\n Serve as the initial point of contact for Campus Safety services, handling calls for service, general inquiries, and other requests with professionalism, empathy, and compassion\nAssist a diverse campus community of students, faculty, and staff through a customer-centric approach while working in the dispatch center\nReceive incoming communication relating to Campus Safety services of the college and operate the Campus Safety radio communication system to dispatch personnel for performance of duties. Support flow of information to personnel including information from outside law enforcement agencies and receive emergency alarms.
