This is a part-time position with benefits.\nSchedule & Hours\nMonday - Friday: 5:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.\nHours: May vary based on campus needs, special events, and the academic calendar.\nAdditional Hours: Occasional weekend or special-event hours may be available as needed.\nTrinity College offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, wellness, dental and vision, retirement savings with employer match, flexible spending and health savings accounts, disability and life insurance; paid leave and other paid time off benefits; tuition benefits for employees and their dependents; and a variety of other employer-sponsored and voluntary fringe benefit programs.\nThe anticipated annual base salary hiring range for this position is $16.94 to $19.38 (midpoint) per year, with final placement determined by experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity considerations.\n Safe Transportation: Operate College shuttle vehicles, including 7-passenger mini-vans and 12-passenger transit vans, safely and in compliance with traffic laws and College policies. \nShuttle Services: Operate College shuttle vehicles, including 7-passenger mini-vans and 12-passenger transit vans, safely and in compliance with traffic laws and College policies. \nLocal Knowledge: Demonstrate knowledge of the Hartford area within approximately a 2-3 mile radius to determine safe and efficient routes and assist with directions when needed. \nVehicle Inspections: Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, including checking lights, tires, fluid levels, and overall vehicle condition. \nPassenger Safety: Ensure passengers follow safety protocols, including seatbelt use and vehicle capacity limits. \nReporting: Maintain accurate mileage logs and promptly report mechanical issues, damage, or incidents to the appropriate supervisor and Campus Safety. \nCustomer Service: Provide professional, courteous, and respectful service to students, faculty, staff, and visitors. \nPerform other related duties as assigned and based on departmental need.\n High School Diploma, or GED\n License: Must possess a valid U.S. Driver’s License (Class D/Standard).
