The Sr.Manager will provide advanced analytics to drive insights across the Real-World Evidence (RWE) function. The ideal candidate for this position will contribute to the firm’s success through a strong work ethic, particularly in team settings, and can communicate with statisticians and non-statisticians alike. The primary responsibilities of the Sr. Manager Data Science will be to design and develop end to end analysis plan, provide advance analysis of complex and/or large datasets, produce sophisticated R/ Python code, deliver sound analytics insights, effectively present findings to both internal and external groups, support business development activity and coach/ mentor junior team members in their project work.\nPosition Responsibilities:\nDevelop/ design analysis plans and perform analyses using R/SQL/ python, on administrative claims, survey, and sales data\nWork on multiple projects simultaneously end to end with other teams with minimum support from MT/ LT.\nCommunicate methods/ analytics approach and findings to internal teams as well as to clients\nGain methodological/ analytics approach expertise by aiding in proposal development as needed.\nSupport/ provide inputs for analytics product development activities with product development team.\nSupport/ Own product development efforts for single/ multiple modules of product.\nUnderstands the 'contextual why' each piece of the analysis plan needs to be included in order to meet the client needs/business objectives;
