Oversees the day-to-day clinical aspects related to the cath lab. \nCommunicate with Cardiologists as needed about patient care. Participates in and develops performance improvement measures. \nAssist in the planning of departmental budget. Responsible for financial accountability within the department. \nCoordinates educational classes to meet the annual competency requirements of the staff. \nWhat you will need:\nLicensure /Certification/ Registration: RN (Registered Nurse), RT (Radiologic Technologist)or RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) is required. Current BLS and ACLS through American Heart Association is required. \n\nEducation: Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program, Radiology Program or Cardiovascular Program required. \n\nExperience: Minimum of five years in Cardiac Cath Lab required, with two years in a Leadership/Management role preferred.
