Is responsible for specified service lines, encompassing all clinical areas of the Integrated Regional Health Ministry (RHM).\nWhat the Clinical Risk Coordinator will need:\nGraduate of an approved nursing program, BSN Required\nLicensed Registered Nurse in the State of Michigan\nPreferred Experience:\nFour years acute experience in healthcare delivery.\nRisk Management Certification within 3 years of hire\nPrevious education and experience in Quality Improvement\nWhat the Clinical Risk Coordinator will do:\nDevelops and implements systems for risk identification, investigation and risk reduction.\nOversees Serious Reportable Events investigation, tracking, risk modification, and communication to Manager, Risk Management.\nFacilitates a pro-active clinical and non-clinical risk management program to promote an environment of safety, including elements of the National Patient Safety Goals.\nDevelops relationships with service lines and ambulatory offices by rounding, attending huddles, and being available to respond to questions and concerns from them.\nCollaborates with service line leadership to collate data for Trinity Health audits for compliance.\nConducts investigation of adverse events, Sentinel Events, or near miss events\nWhat you will work:\nFull Time\n40 hours per week\nOur Commitment\nRooted in our Mission and Core Values, we honor the dignity of every person and recognize the unique perspectives, experiences, and talents each colleague brings.
