Trinity Health IHA Medical Group is looking for an energetic EHR Clinical Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will deliver high-quality EHR (Electronic Health Record) training, support, and process optimization for Clinical support staff. The EHR Clinical Analyst I also supports process improvement, reporting and the successful adoption of the EHR system across the organization.
What You'll Do:
- Conducts new hire EHR classroom training and ongoing refresher training.
- Creates and updates Clinical training materials and job aids.
- Answers the Clinical EHR support phone line to address questions and troubleshoot issues.
- Manages and resolves incoming support tickets
- Performs site visits to assigned practices to assess current-state workflows.
- Provides in-person “elbow support” to Clinical support staff during implementations, go-lives, and as needed.
General Requirements:
- EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience in healthcare of information technology.
- CREDENTIALS/LICENSURE: Credentialed Medical Assistant, Registered Nurse, or RHIT preferred
- MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 1-3 years’ relevant work experience preferred utilizing EHR in a medical practice environment with strong preference for IHA office experience.
