- Outpatient Practice
- Join a team of 2 Physicians and 3 APP’s
- 36 Patient Contact Hours
- Call: 1-8 rotation
- Clinic chronic care coordination team, behavioral health support services
- On-site X-ray and lab services
- EMR: EPIC
- H1B Candidates welcome
Competitive Compensation and Benefits
- Base Salary: $290,100
- Recruitment Incentive: $150,000
- Moving allowance up to $15,000
- Annual CME allowance of $6,000
- Paid Malpractice with Tail Coverage
