This position supports Highland Hills’ mission by creating a warm, home-like atmosphere where residents can thrive.\nWhat You Will Do\nPerform light to thorough housekeeping in resident apartments and common areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, bathroom and kitchen sanitization, and floor care\n\nComplete laundry services such as collecting, washing, folding, and distributing resident linens and garments\n\nPerform deep cleaning of apartments during resident move-outs\n\nEmpty trash and recyclables and maintain cleanliness of assigned areas\n\nReport maintenance issues such as lighting or equipment concerns promptly\n\nFollow safety, infection control, and universal precaution practices\n\nInteract respectfully with residents, honoring privacy, dignity, and confidentiality\n\nAnticipate resident needs and go above and beyond to maintain a comfortable, welcoming environment\n\nMinimum Qualifications\nHigh school diploma or equivalent\n\nPrevious experience in assisted living or with the geriatric population preferred\n\nStrong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills\n\nAbility to work independently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment\n\nBasic computer skills and strong organizational abilities\n\nAbout Trinity Health Senior Communities\nHighland Hills is part of Trinity Senior Living Communities, a ministry of Trinity Health -one of the nation’s largest not-for-profit Catholic health systems.
