Enjoy lower cost medical services when you visit facilities within the Trinity Health network.\n· Fast response interview times and job offers!\nGeneral Responsibilities:\nEnsure assigned work areas are maintained in a clean, safe, comfortable, sanitary and attractive manner. Ensure established infection control and universal precautions practices are maintained when performing environmental services procedures.\nEnsure adequate supplies are available and maintained in order to perform daily tasks. Ensure equipment and supplies are cleaned and properly stored at the end of the shift.\nReport extinguished light bulbs, exit lights, overhead lights, fluorescent lights, room call lights, malfunctions, breakdowns, etc. Change and install light bulbs as needed.\nClean and polish the community including windows and mirrors, walls and ceilings, furnishings, fixtures, ledges, room heating and cooling units and floors, to include sweeping, dusting, damp/wet mopping.\nFloor care including stripping, waxing, buffing, vacuuming, shampooing, deodorizing and disinfecting, etc., daily.\nComplete deep thorough clean of entire room as needed including prior to admission or after discharge\nMINIMUM QUALIFACTIONS\n1. High School Diploma or equivalent. Applicable trade school education or associates degree is preferred.\n2. Must possess a comprehensive knowledge of boilers, compressors, generators, as well as various mechanical and\nelectrical and plumbing systems.\n3. Able to read and interpret blueprints and knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.\n4. Previous experience working in long-term care or with the geriatric population preferred\n5. Supervisory experience preferred.\n6. Must lead by example and possess superior customer service skills and professionalism\n7. Flexibility to adapt to ongoing change and work in a fast-paced, customer driven environment.\n8. Interpersonal skills to drive collaboration, commitment and productivity when working with cross-functional\nteams, customers and end users.\n9. Self-starter, highly motivated with high energy level.\n10.
