Recognizes and solves problems using skills and technical knowledge.\nPerforms and reports all assigned tests with expected precision and accuracy and obtains blood or other body fluid from patients.\nOperates computer equipment and software programs relative to performance of essential job functions and other laboratory related requirements.\nRecords all required quality control results.\nMaintains, calibrates, and repairs equipment with accurate records of services.\nPerforms all duties and responsibilities as outlined in CLIA regulations.\nMaintains and appropriate inventory of supplies in the assigned area. Prepares reagents or media in prescribed manner.\nParticipates in the evaluation of new procedures, equipment and methods.\nSet up cultures, read gram stains, and perform rapid kit testing in Microbiology Schedule: Full Time Day Shift\nGeneral Requirements:\nBachelor's in medical technology, clinical laboratory science, or chemical, physical, or biological science degree is required or qualifies as an MT under the CLIA high complexity testing personnel qualifications.
