Telephone Message Center and/or Hospital Operator experience a plus.\nWork requires the analytical ability to gather and interpret data in situations where the information or problems are not overly difficult or complex.\nExcellent listening, verbal and written communication skills. Accurate typing and spelling skills mandatory. Multi-lingual a plus.\nWork requires the ability to exchange information on factual matters, explain hospital policies and / or relay messages to appropriate personnel.
