The ideal candidate is a collaborative healthcare leader with strong quality, population health, and performance improvement experience who can translate data into meaningful action and results.\nWhat You'll Do\nLeadership & Team Management\nProvide leadership, direction, and oversight to a team of Quality Nurse Specialists.\nEstablish team priorities, monitor performance, and support professional growth and development.\nFoster a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and patient-centered care.\nServe as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor on healthcare quality and performance initiatives.\nQuality Improvement & Performance Management\nLead and oversee quality improvement initiatives across the Loyola Physician Partners network.\nDevelop and implement standardized quality improvement strategies across employed and affiliated physician practices.\nIdentify opportunities to improve clinical outcomes, patient care, and quality performance through data analysis and stakeholder engagement.\nCollaborate with physicians, practice leaders, and operational teams to design and implement performance improvement interventions.\nValue-Based Care & Quality Reporting\nOversee quality reporting requirements for MSSP ACO, Medicare Advantage, and other value-based care programs.\nMonitor evolving CMS, payer, and regulatory quality requirements and ensure organizational readiness.\nEnsure accurate, timely, and compliant quality reporting across the network.\nLead efforts to improve performance on quality measures tied to value-based reimbursement programs.\nData, Analytics & Strategic Planning\nManage quality performance monitoring, reporting, and analysis.\nTranslate quality data, trends, and performance metrics into actionable recommendations for physician and operational leaders.\nPartner with analytics and information technology teams to ensure data integrity and reliable reporting.\nPrepare and present quality performance updates to physician leadership, operational teams, and governance committees.\nStakeholder Collaboration\nPartner with physicians, clinical leaders, practice managers, population health teams, and operational stakeholders to achieve organizational quality goals.\nSupport practice-level coaching and performance improvement efforts.\nBuild strong relationships across the network to drive engagement and sustainable results.\nWhat You'll Need\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Nursing, Health Informatics, Business Administration, or a related field.\nFive (5) or more years of experience in healthcare quality, population health, performance improvement, value-based care, or a related healthcare environment.\nDemonstrated experience leading quality improvement initiatives across physician practices, ambulatory care settings, or healthcare networks.\nExperience leading, coaching, or managing clinical quality staff.\nStrong understanding of: Quality measurement and reporting Performance analytics Population health management Value-based care programs Regulatory and payer quality requirements\nStrong project management, leadership, communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to effectively communicate quality performance and strategy to both clinical and non-clinical audiences.\nPreferred Qualifications\nMaster's degree in Healthcare Administration (MHA), Public Health (MPH), Nursing (MSN), Business Administration (MBA), or related field.\nExperience working with MSSP ACO quality reporting and Medicare Advantage quality programs.\nExperience with electronic health record (EHR) quality reporting and clinical data analysis.\nExperience leading practice transformation, quality coaching, or large-scale network quality improvement initiatives.\nKnowledge of: eCQM reporting MIPS measures HEDIS measures CMS quality programs Other value-based care reporting methodologies\nCompensation:\nSalary Range: $36.12 - $57.80/hr\nActual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.\nBenefits:\nClick or copy URL to your browser:\nwww.trinity-health.org/sites/default/files/my-benefits/Health-and-Wellbeing/Compliance/Illinois-Transparency-Law/Trinity-Health-Summary-of-Benefits-Illinois-Job-Req-Discloser-Law.\npdf\nOur Commitment\nRooted in our Mission and Core Values, we honor the dignity of every person and recognize the unique perspectives, experiences, and talents each colleague brings.
