As client facing professionals, this position plays a key role in representing the practice in the community.\nAs a Registrar, you will:\nServe patients by greeting and helping them, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records and accounts.\nOptimize patients’ satisfaction, provider time, and treatment room utilization by scheduling appointments in person or by telephone.\nObtain revenue by recording and updating financial information, recording and collecting patient charges, controlling credit extended to patients, and filing, collecting, and expediting third-party claims.\nProtects patients’ rights by maintaining confidentiality of medical, personal, and financial information.\nContributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent (required)\n1+ year of physician office experience (preferred)\n Pay Range:\n$18.00 - $22.71 per hour\nPay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates.
