As an experienced nurse in our Obstetric Float Pool, you'll provide care across southwestern Idaho and eastern Oregon in Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, and NICU settings, making a meaningful difference for mothers, newborns, and families during some of life's most significant moments.\nYou'll practice alongside highly skilled teams at our Boise, Idaho Level II Trauma Center with a Level III NICU, our Nampa, Idaho Level III Trauma Center with a Level II NICU, and our Ontario, Oregon campus, gaining valuable experience across diverse clinical environments and varying levels of maternal and neonatal acuity. That's why we provide a structured onboarding experience, specialty-focused orientation, and ongoing professional development opportunities designed to help you confidently navigate diverse practice environments, expand your expertise, and thrive as a valued member of our Obstetric Float Pool.\nWhat to expect:\nProvide compassionate, hands-on nursing care while serving as an advocate for both patients and families. \nExpand your clinical expertise by caring for a diverse patient population across multiple specialties and units. \nPerform comprehensive physical and psychosocial assessments to guide individualized patient care. \nDevelop, implement, and evaluate care plans that promote exceptional outcomes and patient-centered care. \nAdminister medications and treatments safely while monitoring patient progress and responding to changing needs. \nEducate patients and families to support recovery, wellness, and successful transitions of care. \nCollaborate with physicians, therapists, case managers, and fellow caregivers to deliver coordinated care. \nCommunicate patient status and care plans effectively through both verbal handoffs and clinical documentation. \nMaintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards. \nUtilize clinical equipment and technology safely and effectively to support patient care. \nQualifications:\nYou currently hold an Idaho or multistate RN license.
