Location: Glacier Hills, Ann Arbor, MI
Are you dependable, calm under pressure, and enjoy helping others? Glacier Hills is looking for a full-timeOvernight Concierge to be a welcoming and reliable presence in our community during the midnight shift.
Schedule & Benefits:
Part Time - 12am-8am working every other weekend

Key Responsibilities:
Greet andassistresidents, guests, and vendors after hours
Answer and direct calls, respond to inquiries, and relay important messages
Monitor building access andmaintainkey control forcommon areas
Facilitate after-hours maintenance requests and emergencies
Enter and track work orders in theWorxhubsystem
Post resident notices andassistwith administrative tasks as needed
Conduct nightly checks of entrances, doors, andcommon areas
Respond to emergencies using our Emergency Broadcast system
Maintain emergency contact lists andassistduring critical events
WhatWe’reLooking For:
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Professional, calm, and detail-oriented
Ability to work independently and follow emergency protocols
Comfortable using phones, email, and basic computer systems
Physically able to walk the property and respond quickly as needed
