Trinity Health Of New England is seeking a Simulation Education Facilitator to support innovative clinical simulation programs that enhance learner competency, patient safety, and high-reliability team performance across multiple hospital and ambulatory sites.\nIn this hands-on role, you will help design realistic learning environments by operating high-fidelity simulation equipment, audiovisual technology, and mobile simulation systems. Working closely with educators and clinical experts, you will support simulation-based training that prepares healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care.\nWhat You'll Do\nSet up, operate, and maintain high-fidelity manikins, task trainers, and simulation equipment.\nProgram and run simulation scenarios using simulation software and manikin control systems.\nConfigure, troubleshoot, and manage audiovisual recording, playback, livestreaming, and data archiving systems.\nSupport educators during simulation activities, including pre-briefing, scenario execution, and debriefing logistics.\nApply moulage and role portrayal techniques to enhance realism and learner engagement.\nMaintain simulation labs, mobile simulation kits, and equipment inventory.\nCoordinate supplies, ordering, preventive maintenance, and vendor service requests.\nPrepare realistic clinical environments that align with current healthcare practices and safety standards.\nAssist with scheduling, communications, and operational support for programs across multiple locations.\nCollect learner feedback and performance data to support continuous quality improvement initiatives.\nTravel to Trinity Health Of New England locations to deliver mobile and in-situ simulation experiences.\n Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. A combination of education and experiencewill be considered.\nMinimum of two (2) years of experience supporting audiovisual, multimedia, or simulation technology in healthcare, education, or a related environment.\nExperience working in a clinical skills lab, simulation center, or healthcare setting preferred.\nProficiency with high-fidelity manikins, simulation software, and A/V systems.\nKnowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology preferred.\nExperience with moulage, role portrayal, or standardized patient activities is a plus.\nCurrent American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred upon hire.\nStrong communication, customer service, organizational, and problem-solving skills.\nCompensation and Benefits\nAt Trinity Health Of New England, we understand that the success of our organization is directly related to our hardworking, compassionate, and dedicated colleagues who contribute their time and skills to help transform healthcare.
