Able to use tact, discretion and persuasiveness in relationship with others.\n5. Demonstrates ability to work in an environment that promotes accountability, responsibility and collegiality.\n6. Well-developed communication skills, both written and oral. Able to communicate effectively with individuals and groups representing diverse perspectives.\n7. Uses problem-solving techniques.\n8. Articulates and demonstrates commitment to the philosophy, values, mission and vision of MHM.\nPHYSICAL AND MENTAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORKING CONDITIONS\n1. Requires lifting, carrying and/or pushing/pulling up to 30 pounds unassisted.\n2.
