You will oversee daily operations, provide supervision and training, and foster a collaborative, person-centered environment that aligns with Pittsburgh Mercy’s mission and values.\nWhat You Will Do\nStaff Supervision & Development: Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management to direct care staff.
