This position will work side-by-side with other consultants and analysts. Opportunity to gain exposure to a wide variety of strategic business issues, as well as the opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge of the life sciences industry, ranging from small biotech’s to large pharma. Further, the intern will gain exposure to many of the leading patient-level data sources in the industry as well as innovative technology and AI tools.\nInterns will develop their skills through formal and informal training, as well as receiving mentorship that encourages them to build their strategic, analytical, teamwork, and communication skills. This is a 9-week, in-person Summer internship and the program will run from mid-June 2027 to mid-August 2027. Interns will be paid $35/hour and are expected to work 40 hours/week.\nApplicants for this position must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship. Trinity is unable to consider candidates requiring sponsorship for visas, including but not limited to TN, H1-B, F-1, and STEM OPT.\n Essential Functions:\nDirectly contribute to project execution and client deliverable generation across analytics strategy, real-world data, and commercial analytics engagements, including: \nPatient & HCP journey mapping\n\nEpidemiology & market sizing \n\nProduct & key account strategy \n\nHealthcare resource utilization & healthcare economics\n\nGeneral commercial, data, & AI strategy\n\nHelp conduct secondary research (epidemiology, standard of care in therapy area, etc.) using publicly available sources to support clinical and market context research\nLeverage PowerPoint, excel, and other tools to transform healthcare data into meaningful insights for clients\nParticipate in client meetings, internal working sessions, project workshops, and analysis strategy discussions as appropriate \nSupport broader internal strategic and operational initiatives (knowledge management, training enhancement, team optimization, etc.) as assigned \nEducation: Must be enrolled in a Bachelor’s (rising senior as of June 2027) or Master’s program in business, engineering, economics or life sciences disciplines at a top-tier university.\nWork experience: 0 - 2 years of experience required, with preference for candidates with prior consulting experience (life sciences, healthcare, or other industries), or relevant life sciences / healthcare / public health experience (pharma / med device R&D, market access, primary market research, business intelligence, VC/PE/IB, laboratory research)\nOther Skills:\nDesire and ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment \nProficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is required; basics of SQL & python is nice to have \nKnowledge of how to read and interpret a scientific publication \nComfort incorporating AI into day-to-day execution to maximize efficiency\nSelf-motivated, willing to take initiative, and appropriately independent\nEnthusiasm for working collaboratively in a team-based environment\nHigh level understanding of clinical trials and the pharma life cycle is a nice to have \nPrior exposure to healthcare or life sciences consulting is a nice to have \nStrong problem solving and logical thinking skill\nExcellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills\nAbout Us\nTrinity powers the future of life sciences commercialization through the fusion of human and artificial intelligence.
