At Trinity, Summer Associate Interns work as integral parts of external project teams comprised of skilled colleagues and management team members. This environment provides Summer Associate Interns with exposure to a wide variety of strategic business issues, as well as the opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge of the life sciences industry. On each project, Summer Associate Interns gather information, create and interpret analyses, and present findings to project teams and clients. Their work is the base upon which our recommendations are ultimately grounded.\nAssociate Interns develop their skills through undergoing extensive formal and informal training, as well as receiving mentorship that encourages them to stretch their analytical skills. This is a 9-week, in-person summer internship with openings in our Waltham, MA, or NJ/NY offices. Interns will be required to be in the office in a hybrid capacity (2-3 days per week). The dates of the program will be from mid-June to mid-August 2027. The hourly rate for this role is $35/hour with the expectation you are working 40 hours/week.\nApplicants for this position must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship. Trinity is unable to consider candidates requiring sponsorship for visas, including but not limited to TN, H1-B, F-1, and STEM OPT.\nPosition Responsibilities:\nSupport the development of data-driven analytics solutions across customer engagement, HCP targeting, omnichannel activity, and promotional effectiveness.\nAnalyze healthcare, customer, and promotional data to generate actionable insights.\nSupport development of analytical tools, frameworks, and standardized offerings.\nAssist with data validation and quality control.\nDevelop client-ready materials and communicate key findings.\nPosition Qualifications:\nEducation:\nCandidates should be pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree and demonstrate interest in the life sciences field.
