Join us and be a part of something amazing!\nESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:\nSupport project assignments as needed across Product, Engineering, Project Management, Data, AI, and Automation teams.\nAssist with gathering and documenting business requirements, user feedback, and feature research.\nSupport testing, documentation, and coordination of development tasks.\nAssist with tracking project timelines, status reporting, and coordination of special project initiatives.\nSupport compiling, organizing, and analyzing data to support reporting and decision-making.\nAssist with research, testing, and documentation related to AI tools and initiatives.\nAssist with identifying, building, and documenting automation solutions to improve process efficiency.\nDocument resolutions, learnings, and outcomes for future reference.\nParticipates in special projects and handles all other assigned duties as required.\nJOB QUALIFICATIONS:\nMust be actively pursuing an Associate's, Bachelor's, or Master's degree at an accredited college or university.\nBasic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required.\nStrong attention to detail and accountability.\nAbility to learn and support new applications to gain advanced knowledge of company supported applications.\nInterpersonal skills to enable collaboration with other team members across departments.\nAdaptability and willingness to support varied project work across different Technology functions as assigned.\nWORK ENVIRONMENT / PHYSICAL DEMANDS:\nThis job operates in a physical office environment with computers and related technology. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear.
