We're on the lookout for passionate individuals that will elevate our vibrant culture and join us in delivering unparalleled service to our valued team members, residents, investors, and partners.\nCompensation: $90,000 to $105,000 annually, depending on experience.\nSchedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm\nJob Description:\nManages the operation of a large-scale, high-profile, apartment community \nCommunity will contain at a minimum 1350 conventional units\nOversees department heads and various associates within each department \nExecutes the business plan for the community \nAchieves the highest possible net operating income through effective cost control \nMaintains high occupancy levels \nDevelops marketing plans while remaining informed of market conditions and understanding competitive pricing \nPrepares all requested operational and financial data to Regional Manager in a timely manner \nManages the P&L, budget and finances for the community \nCompletes and analyzes market surveys \nMaintains a high-quality on-site team through effective management training, setting and communicating clear standards, and leading the team in fulfilling their highest potential \nImplement or direct the implementation of all policies and procedures in the company policy and procedures manuals \nLeads daily/weekly inspirational and directional team meetings \nEnsures that all physical aspects of the property are fully operational and safe \nSchedules vendors to ensure that all vacant units are kept ready for occupancy \nVisually inspect grounds, buildings, and apartment units on a regular basis \nSpecial Requirements:\nPhysical Demands:\nThe team member will be regularly required to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, and reach using feet, legs, back, arms and hands. The employee may occasionally be required to climb. Employee will be required to work at a personal computer and talk on the phone for extended periods of time. Must possess the ability to detect auditory and/or visual alarms and be available to work extended/flexible hours and weekends, as needed. \nAttendance/Travel:\nThis position is a full-time position and may require the availability to work some nights, weekends, and occasional holidays. Other essential skills include but are not limited to:\nHandle high stress situations effectively \nExhibit strong leadership skills \nExcellent communication skills \nSuperior collection skills \nAdministrative and organizational skills \nTime management skills and ability to prioritize wisely \nCustomer service orientation \nStrong sales and marketing background \nKnowledge of state law as it relates to fair housing \nProven experience managing a community’s budget and finances \nQualifications:\nComputer Skills:\nIntermediate computer and Internet knowledge \nIntermediate knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook \nPrefer knowledge of the following software programs: Yardi, Voyager, LRO, Entrata, Resident Check \nLearning and Development:\nMaintain a commitment to ongoing professional development and career growth through our company’s continuing education programs \nEducation:\nHigh school education or equivalent is required \nCPM, CAM, RMP, or CMCA Certifications are preferred but not required \nBachelor’s degree preferred, but not required \nAccurately perform intermediate mathematical functions and use all on-site resident management software functions \nProfessional Experience:\nMinimum of 5 years’ experience within the multifamily industry required. \nMinimum of two years’ experience as a Property Manager in the Multifamily Industry required. \nMinimum of two years’ experience as a Property Manager at a 400+ unit community and/or mixed-use community (residential and commercial) preferred. \nWe’ve Got You Covered!\n Medical, Dental & Vision.
