Weekend hours as needed.\nJob Description:\nThe Resident Services Coordinator is responsible for providing effective customer service to all prospective tenants, current tenants and property staff by utilizing in-depth knowledge of the property and its functions. This position is also responsible for assisting property staff with the planning and implementation of resident activities and promoting a quality living experience for all residents.\nEssential Functions:\nSkills include an excellent ability to address the needs of community members, prospects and vendors. Other essential skills include, but are not limited to:\nHandle high stress situations effectively \nExcellent communication skills \nAdministrative and organizational skills \nTime management skills and ability to prioritize wisely \nCustomer service orientation \nKnowledge of state law as it relates to fair housing \nSpecial Requirements:\nPhysical Demands:\nThe team member will be regularly required to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, and reach using feet, legs, back, arms and hands. The employee may occasionally be required to climb. Specific vision requirements include the ability to use close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. The employee will be required to walk for extended periods of time. Must possess the ability to detect auditory and/or visual alarms and be available to work extended/flexible hours and weekends as needed. \nAttendance/Travel:\nThis position is a full time position and may require the availability to work some nights, weekends, and occasional holidays. Regular attendance and active participation/planning at company functions and events. \nQualifications:\nSkills:\nIntermediate computer and internet knowledge \nIntermediate knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook \nPreferred knowledge of the following software programs: Yardi, Voyager, LRO, Entrata, Resident Check \nCustomer service experience preferred\nEvent planning experience preferred \nLearning and Development:\nMaintain a commitment to ongoing professional development and career growth through our company’s continuing education programs. \nEducation:\nHigh school education or equivalent is required\nAbility to fluently read and write English, accurately perform intermediate mathematical functions and use all on-site resident management software functions \nWe’ve Got You Covered!\n Medical, Dental & Vision. We offer a free PPO-HSA medical plan (with a $1,200 annual employer contribution) to all employees outside CA. In California, employees can choose between the free PPO-HSA and HMO plan.
