Analytics Account Lead Principals (AALP) fulfill a leadership role at core client accounts on multiple project teams, designing and implementing strategies to help our clients maintain strong growth. AALP will lead client relationship with full oversight over multiple project teams - client relationship building, project delivery and success, AI and technology deployment, team management, budget, and financial management, and more. In addition, Principals collaborate with other members of the Leadership team to drive new business development by building and maintaining client relationships at assigned account(s). With the support of assigned staff, s/he will lead and ensure superb delivery on client proposals and projects. The Principal will create business opportunities in close collaboration with other members of the Leadership Team.\nEssential Functions\nClient Development\nServe as the analytics management level contact to lead discussions, oversee all presentations, product/tech deployment and ensure thorough project implementations and quality deliveries.\nDevelop and grow business through lead and revenue generation, expansion of team and furthering team capabilities. Foster the extension of current CE footprint within commercial and medical omnichannel and operations functions.\nSource additional business by both effectively managing existing accounts/clients\nMeet revenue goals individually and through managing project team revenues.\nIdentify new opportunities with clients, field RFPs and develop first-pass proposals, primarily opportunities across analytics capacity (e.g. data orchestration, AIML, omnichannel, RWE, etc.); and as part of broader Trinity commercialization responses.\nMobilize Trinity’s analytics capabilities to extend to current clients and their relevant counterparts within related functional groups (marketing, market planning, sales, operations, medical, medical affairs, analytics, insights and forecasting).\nProactively engage staff in business development opportunities as appropriate to assist with and facilitate their growth.\nBe viewed by the client as Trinity’s Analytics expert resource, and demonstrate external thought-partner relationship development capability.\nCompany Management / Leadership\nSupport senior management as an innovative thought-leader with self-initiative and commitment to the Analytics function.\nOversee budgets, exceed revenue goals and maintain expenses to ensure appropriate pricing and budget control.\nServe as the Analytics subject-matter expert on multiple therapeutic and/or practice areas, both internally and externally.\nLead internal and external initiatives that further the firm’s status and capabilities.\nProject Management\nOversee project outputs and provide guidance to drive strategically sound and actionable recommendations and answers to client business questions, both high level and nuanced based on project type.\nSet strategic direction for project activities, guiding supervisors on daily tasks and resource allocation.\nBe an exemplary role model for producing quality results, ensuring high work ethics, professionalism and encouraging team work.\nOther\nProvide thought leadership in Analytics strategy in both client- and non-client-related activities (e.g., external conferences).\nTrain and mentor junior staff on project case teams, in internal training efforts, and through formal / informal mentorship.\nSupport the internal growth of Analytics through involvement in initiatives focused on consultant’s professional development, training, resources.\nAbout Us\nWith almost 30 years of expertise, a best-in-the-business team and unrivaled access to data and analytics, Trinity Life Sciences is a modern partner to companies in the life sciences industry.
